British singer Lady Gaga graces the cover of Fashion Flare Magazine for their issue of December 2009. Here are some words from GaGa about her new pink look: I always wanted to have my hair pink or blue or green but never had the guts to do it. I know this is a fake look but for some unknown reason I love it.
